Eva offers one apartment with private entrance on the second floor of her house located in “Miramar”.

The apartment has an entrance through a hall by the right side of the house. It has a small living room, and a large private bathroom with hot water in the shower. It also has a large kitchen at your disposal with appliances and a refrigerator, which is only for you (no need to share it with the Cuban family). In the back there is a large terrace perfect for a solarium.

Mrs Eva, the house owner , lives in the ground floor of the house. As the second floor is private for you, this way you will not have to share common life with her family in the ground floor.

At 200 meters from this house you will find a "Rápido" where fast food, beers and soda are served. There is also a gas station and a small supermarket. Not too far there is another large Supermarket "5ta y 42", the "Dos Gardenias" restaurant, also the club "Le Select", which is a restaurant with pool by the 5th ave and 30th street. There is also the restaurant "El Aljibe", The "Casa de la Música club", the fasion house "La Maisón" , "Casa Artex", etc...

Miramar is a quite neighborhood located on the west part of the city.
