Manolo offers an independent apartment close to "La Rampa" in "El Vedado" area.
This apartment is private but you may share the kitchen with Mr Manolo but the rest of the apartment will be completely at your disposal. Mr Manolo remains living in a small bedroom with bathroom that is independent from the rest of the apartment.

The apartment that you will rent is located on the second floor of a building which has no elevator, only stairs. It also has two bedrooms and each has a double bed and air conditioner. The second bedroom has a safety box which is included in the price. It has only one bathroom which has hot water in the shower.

It also has a furnished living room and unfortunately there is no TV set on it, nor a Stereo. A balcony shows a nice view to the Capri and National Hotels.
The kitchen has the appliances you will need for cooking and for making fast food. It also has a refrigerator.
Mr Manolo will charge you a refundable $30.00 US for each set of keys that are given to the clients. This amount will be returned at the end of your stay when you give the keys back.

This apartment is at only 30 meters from 23rd Street ("known as La Rampa") which is full of nightlife of Havana. It is at walking distance of the Habana Libre Hotel, the Capri Hotel, the National Hotel and also "El Malecon" avenue. It is also very close to the nightclub "El Gato Tuerto" which is the place of excellence for the Cuban music and Jass performances.
It also has a supermarket in the first floor of this building where you can buy groceries in US currency.
