The house has much privacy from the outside because it's surrounded by plants. It has a portal, a furnished living room with TV and a dinning room with a bar. It also has a kitchen at your disposal with everything you will need included a modern refrigerator.
The bedrooms are on the first floor and each has air conditioner. There is only one bathroom which has bathtub and hot water in the shower. On the first floor there is also a terrace where you can have some rest.

The house owner Mrs Pilar, lives in a part of the house on the first floor, that is private from the part that is rented, leaving full privacy to the client. Pilar uses an entrance through a hall by the left side of the house that leads to the additional stairs to her part.

Close to this house you will find the "Dos Gardenias" restaurant, also the club "Le Select", which is a restaurant with pool by the 5th ave and 30th street. There is also the restaurant "El Aljibe", The "Casa de la Música club", the fasion house "La Maisón" , "Casa Artex", etc...

Miramar is a quite neighborhood located on the west part of the city.
